What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Being able to share my passion and sense of adventure exploring less trodden paths. It’s also a delight when the guests in my groups become friends and genuinely enjoy each other's company.

How do you create authentic moments for your guests?
To create an authentic moment, nothing beats chatting with locals to get the little story between the lines of the big history. And, on these occasions, language is never a problem because passion translates in every language!

What’s your most memorable moment as a Tour Leader?
I organized an aperitivo on the beach of Lake Maggiore with some wine, focaccia, cold cuts, and the truffles we hunted the day before. It was not planned, and we had so much fun. It was so simple, but we stayed there laughing and having fun for hours.

Can you share a highlight of one of your recent Emerald Isle tours?
There were two gentlemen on tour that were bikers, so a big highlight for them was the Joey Dunlop Memorial Garden (which was not on the itinerary). They really appreciated going there and it was very special for them.
